Privacy Policy

Spark ("we", "us") lets anyone create interactive content — Sparks — and share them. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit spark-dev.bevza.pro or use Spark, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account details — your email and basic profile information when you sign up.
- Your Sparks — the content you create, and the prompts you write to create it.
- Usage data — privacy-respecting analytics about how Spark and this site are used (pages viewed, features used, approximate region).
How we use it
- To build, run, and improve your Sparks and the Spark service.
- To let you share Sparks and to serve them to people you share with.
- To keep the service safe, and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing & visibility
A Spark is private until you share it. When you share a Spark's link, anyone with that link can open it. We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers (e.g. hosting, AI, and analytics) under appropriate safeguards, and disclose data only where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@spark.bevza.pro to do so.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You can delete your Sparks and your account at any time.
